Katherine Neal was born in San Antonio, Texas, and moved around during her formative years as an "Army Brat." Her father was a Brigade Commander and Colonel in the United States Army, and instilled in Katherine her work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Katherine has been in practice nearly 20 years, and has spent her entire career advocating for victims of personal injury, wrongful death, and funeral home/cemetery/crematory malpractice. She is Board Certified for the state of Florida in the area of Civil Trial law. This distinction has only been bestowed on about 2% of lawyers in the state of Florida.
Katherine is a zealous advocate for her clients, and focuses on the client experience, as she understands that clients come to us in their time of need. She has won the American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers' "Top 10" Client Satisfaction award on multiple occasions.
