Following a long battle, Kathleen M. Martin, Esquire, passed away on Sunday, June 28th, surrounded by her loving family. Kathy was an esteemed and respected member of the Montgomery county and state-wide legal community, and a leader in Elder Law, as one of the first Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Pennsylvania. She also made a tremendous impact locally with her involvement in so many community organizations, such as Girl Scouts, YWCA, Berks Visiting Nurses, TCN Network, the Chester County Night School, and many more.Beyond that, Kathy touched all of our hearts and was a beloved member of the O'Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C. team for the past 18 years, and a leader and Principal of the firm since 2014. Those of us who considered her a colleague, a mentor, and a friend, will forever miss her smiling face, her entertaining stories about her grandchildren, and of course her wisdom and guidance.
Please contact Kathy's Legal Assistant, Susan Minnick at 610-323-2800 ext. 128 to connect with another OWM Law attorney for your Elder Law, Estate Planning or Estate Administration needs.
