Kate Brogan represents employers and employees within Allen County and Indiana in all aspects of employment law, including employment discrimination issues, retaliation issues, employment litigation both at the administrative level before the EEOC, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, or the Fort Wayne Metropolitan Human Relations Commission, and in the Federal and State courts. She also regularly advises and represents employers and employees on non-competition and confidentiality agreements and in litigation arising out of the enforcement of such agreements. She also advises employers on personnel policies and handbooks, on complaint investigation, and on other day to day employment related issues.
