Kate Brogan represents employers and employees within Allen County and Indiana in all aspects of employment law, including employment discrimination issues, retaliation issues, employment litigation both at the administrative level before the EEOC, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, or the Fort Wayne Metropolitan Human Relations Commission, and in the Federal and State courts.
