Katie E. Wykoff was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois. After graduating Granite City High School, she went on to complete her undergraduate education at Fontbonne University, graduating cum laude with a major in English and a double minor in communication and sociology. She then attended law school at St. Louis University School of Law, graduating in 2010 with certificates in health and employment law.
Prior to joining The Gori Law Firm, Ms. Wykoff was a prosecutor for 12 years at the Madison County States Attorney's Office, specializing in felony cases such as reckless homicide and aggravated DUI counseling death/great bodily harm. As an associate attorney in the Medicare & Liens division at The Gori Law Firm, she works to resolve liens that Medicare and private health insurance companies have put on the settlements that clients have received from their asbestos, personal injury, or workers' compensation claims.
