Biography
Kavan focuses his practice on personal injury (including wrongful death and medical malpractice), criminal defense (including DUI) and general civil litigation. Prior to the formation of Ehrenclou & Grover LLC in May of 2011, Kavan was a solo practitioner in Lawrenceville, Georgia, maintaining a law firm that he founded on October 31st, 2005, the day he was first licensed to practice law. Kavan has represented hundreds of clients in matters in pre-litigation and in litigation and has handled approximately thirty jury trials, and countless motions hearings, bench trials, mediations, settlement conferences, and appeals. Kavan has been named by Thomson Reuters® and Atlanta Magazine® to the Georgia Rising Stars list as one of the top up--and--coming attorneys in Georgia for six years in a row (2012 - 2017), an honor which is bestowed upon less than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
