Kendra Olson is an associate attorney at Pemberton Law's Fergus Falls office. She is a member of the firm's Civil Litigation group and practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, construction defects, agricultural disputes, and professional malpractice.
Kendra is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Minnesota Association for Justice. Kendra is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in both Minnesota and North Dakota.
Kendra was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. After high school, she attended St. Olaf College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies.
For several years, Kendra found her place as a high school Latin teach and dance instructor at a school in southern Minnesota.
Kendra left the classroom as a teacher and returned as a student to attend the University of North Dakota School of Law. Kendra focused on civil law, and appellate advocacy. She was president of the UND Moot Court Association and placed highly in national moot court competitions. While attending law school, Kendra also clerked and volunteered in judicial chambers in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Kendra now makes her home in Elizabeth, Minnesota, where she can fully appreciate all that small town life has to offer. Kendra has a passion for the arts, especially for dance, and is proud to be a member of the Fergus Falls' Center for the Arts board of directors. She is also an avid gardener and loves to go fishing almost any time of year.
