Kenneth Nkeng Fomenky

I hired Kenneth and paid him to work on an immigration case. He would answer my calls initially and then he started avoiding my calls and ultimately I think he blocked me. During the course he was to file an i-130 before the court date, he was supposed to file for a court date and bond hearing. We heard excuses for 3 solid months. He’s a fast talker but never did any paperwork. I’ve hired another lawyer now to help quickly catch us up from the major delays Kenneth caused. I have filed a grievance against him as well. There was more drama trying to reach him and get paperwork filed and copies of the paperwork in between, but really he was just awful and caused a lot more stress. Be careful!
