Kenneth S. Boyer

Kenneth Boyer is one of the firm's personal injury attorneys. Kenneth represents individuals injured in automobile accidents, trucking accidents, and dog bite incidents. His focus is on ensuring that clients have someone in their corner when they have been injured, and that they are compensated fairly by the insurance companies. This can often include negotiating with hospitals and other medical providers, in addition to the insurance companies, as Kenneth believes a client shouldn't enter debt just because they were the victim of an accident.

One goal is always to resolve a case quickly when possible so that a client's life can get back on track. When this is not possible however, litigation is often the next step. Kenneth has successfully represented clients in negligent entrustment claims, employer liability claims, claims involving permanent injuries, and claims involving liability denials.

Kenneth attended Capital University where he received a bachelor of arts, majoring in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law Schol. He currently resides in Blacklick, Ohio.
