Mr. Thayer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and his Minor Certificate in Business Administration from Providence College in 1992. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law and received the degree of Juris Doctorate in 1996. He is licensed at the Federal and State levels within the State of New Jersey. He is a senior associate at the Law Firm of Gaylord Popp, LLC.
Mr. Thayer is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
Mr. Thayer concentrates his practice on all phases of personal injury, including premise liability, workplace accidents, vehicular accidents, and products liability claims. Mr. Thayer has represented both individuals and multi-national corporations, as both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Thayer is an former Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he teaches Legal Research and Writing.
