Kevin Carpenter

Kevin clerked for a judge for a year after law school and then spent 17 years doing mostly defense work for insurance companies. For the past 16 years Kevin has spent most of his time representing injured plaintiffs. Over the course of nearly 35 years as a lawyer, Kevin has tried over 100 cases to juries and briefed and argued over 50 cases in the appellate courts. He has tried cases involving issues of all types of negligence, including medical negligence/malpractice. He is particularly interested in insurance coverage issues.

In late 2013 Kevin happily joined Bradshaw & Bryant in an "of counsel" role. Kevin hopes that with his many years of experience, working both for and against insurance companies in a wide variety of cases, he will be able to help Bradshaw & Bryant continue to effectively meet the needs of the injured people who come here for help.
