Kevin G. Giddens

Kevin is an experienced trial and appellate attorney, concentrating in trucking and complex commercial issues, employment, and homeowner's association matters. He is a "Double Bear" graduating from Baylor University and Baylor Law School. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, and has handled appeals in the 12th and 13th Court of Appeals. His professional associations include membership in the State Bar of Texas, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and, past board member of the Smith County Young Lawyer's Association, and graduate of the Texas Criminal College.

Kevin is an East Texas native and attended Whitehouse High School. He and his wife, Laura, enjoy being outside and chasing their son. He is a member of Dayspring United Methodist Church and has served in leadership including the Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC).
