Kevin M. Pearl is a partner at Frankovitch, Anetakis, Simon, Decapio & Pearl, LLP. His practice is focused largely on personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.
As an undergraduate, Mr. Pearl attended Wheeling Jesuit University, where he majored in Political & Economic Philosophy and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1998. He then enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2001. He has been in private practice since then, and he has been a partner at Frankovitch, Anetakis, Simon, Decapio & Pearl, LLP, since January 2017.
Admitted to practice in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Ohio, the U.S. Districts Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
