      Kimberley has nearly twenty years’ experience as a litigation attorney. She has litigated countless matters before judges in the surrounding Sumner, Davidson and Robertson County areas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kimberley was a high school theater teacher for sixteen years. She maintains a reputation for not being afraid of the courtroom and fights hard for her clients to ensure they get what they deserve. Kimberley focuses her legal practice on family law matters including, contested and uncontested divorces, including large assets divorces, child custody and visitation actions, spousal support, modifications of parenting plans, parental relocation, and parentage. She has assisted many families with adoption matters, including termination of parental rights. She also has experience assisting individuals in personal injury and estate matters. Kimberley uses her wide-range of professional experience to guide her clients every step of the way. Kimberley is also a Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator and has assisted many individuals in various matters reach an agreement through mediation.

      Kimberley is actively engaged in her community and charitable organizations. She is a member of White House First Baptist Church where she serves as the Haiti Ministry Head. Kimberley is also the President/CEO of TIME4Haiti, Inc., aiding a school and church. She is a faculty member at Nashville School of Law where she teaches Business Associations.
