Kimberly grew up in Memphis, TN. She received her R.N. from Baptist Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1980 and her B.A. from Memphis State University in 1990. She graduated from Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law at the University of Memphis in 1995 and was admitted to the Tennessee bar the same year. Prior to practicing law, Kim was also a practicing Registered Nurse for 15 years.
