Kimberly M. Moseley joined the firm in October of 2002. Her primary practice areas include medical malpractice defense, general litigation and domestic relations. She is from Rome, Georgia and after graduating from Darlington School in 1987, she attended the University of Georgia and in 1991 obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. She earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 1995.
She was an Assistant State Attorney in Orlando, Florida until 1998. In 1998, she returned to Georgia and was an associate at Carlock, Copeland Semler & Stair where her primary area of practice was medical malpractice defense.
She is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and Florida. She is a member of the Rome Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is a former member of the Orlando and Atlanta Bar Associations.
She and her husband, Stephen Moseley, a Rome Attorney, attend St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
