Kimberly T. Thomason

Kimberly T. Thomason is the Managing Member of The Law Offices of Truluck Thomason, LLC, a full-service business litigation firm located in downtown Greenville, SC. Mrs. Thomason began the practice of law with the defense firm of Sirote and Permutt, PC in Birmingham, Alabama where she represented clients in various state, federal and regulatory forums in all aspects of corporate litigation. Mrs. Thomason returned to her home state of SC in 2008 to join JPA Acquisitions, Inc. a gift and horticulture company with operations in South Carolina, Oregon and California, as Corporate General Counsel.

In 2011, Mrs. Thomason established the Greenville firm of Truluck Thomason, LLC to meet the various legal needs of local and regional businesses in all stages of development, from startup projects to established organizations. Mrs. Thomason has handled cases both locally and across the country including partnership and shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation of commercial leases, employment and labor disputes and estate litigation.

Mrs. Thomason currently serves on the Board for the Partnership Alliance for Community Development and is a member of the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce, Women in Law, the Christian Legal Society, and the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. She and her husband Jeffrey currently reside in the Greenville area and are the proud parents of three children, Josh, Jessie and Ty.
