Kimberly Young

Kim joined Elk & Elk in October of 2009 and currently leads the firm’s motion and appellate practice department. Kim has successfully argued appeals in 10 of Ohio’s 12 Appellate Districts at the Ohio Supreme Court

Her personal and professional interest in civil rights and discrimination work was fostered by Kim’s affiliations as a student-practitioner at a non-profit where her services were available to those otherwise unable to afford representation. Kim continues to provide pro bono assistance in these areas through non-profit organizations as often as possible.

Kim is honored to be listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer “Rising Star” for the years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
