Kristina M. Gardenal

Ms. Gardenal's practice focuses on civil litigation including insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, and long term care cases. Ms. Gardenal is a tenacious litigator who provides a high level of detail and precision to the matters she handles. She works with her clients to develop a litigation strategy and a course of action to best meet their needs.Ms. Gardenal joined Perry Johnson Anderson Miller & Moskowitz LLP in June 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she gained years of litigation experience working at law offices in Sonoma and Marin counties.

Ms. Gardenal obtained her Master of Legal Studies and Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Empire College School of Law in 2014. During law school, she competed in the Traynor Moot Court competition, participated in the elder law clinic and small claims clinic, and worked as a certified law clerk at the District Attorney's Office. Prior to law school, Ms. Gardenal attended Sonoma State University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English.

Ms. Gardenal was raised in Santa Rosa and is a graduate of Piner High School. She spends her free time trail running throughout Sonoma County with her husband and her dog.
