Kyle Navin

Attorney Navin graduated from Trinity College in 2009 with a B.A. in both economics and history. He joined Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen, a national mesothelioma law firm, in 2010 as a litigation paralegal. While working at the firm, he attended law school in the evenings. In 2016, Attorney Navin graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with a J.D. and in his coursework earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Torts.

Attorney Navin is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Rhode Island. He is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran's Affairs. He is also a member of several professional associations, including the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the New Haven County Bar Association. At Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen, Attorney Navin works on behalf of mesothelioma victims in litigation matters, as well as pursuing arbitrations against asbestos bankruptcy trusts.
