LL. Frederick Sommer III, Attorney at Law, practice limited to Ohio Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Sommer was born in Columbus, Ohio, on July 23, 1972. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in 1996, majoring in Business Finance, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1999. He is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations and is also a member of the Tort & Insurance and Litigation Practice Sections of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Sommer served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard E. Parrott of the Union County Court of Common Pleas in 1997. He frequently represents injured and disabled workers at hearings before District Hearing Officers and Staff Hearing Officers of the Ohio Industrial Commission.
