Mr. Flanagan was born in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago’s South Side. Upon leaving Chicago, Mr. Flanagan attended the world-renowned Howard University where he honed his writing skills as a print journalism major. Upon returning to Chicago, Mr. Flanagan worked at several top radio stations before beginning his legal career.
Legal CareerMr. Flanagan gained significant experience while clerking at three top personal injury firms during his law school career. Additionally, Mr. Flanagan garnered valuable experience by clerking with a federal judge in the Northern District of Illinois. Further, Mr. Flanagan spent one month studying law in China as a part of Loyola’s study abroad program and also garnered a prestigious fellowship as a Cook County Graduate Fellow where he experienced Chicago politics first hand. Mr. Flanagan continues to hone his advocacy skills by consistently attending personal injury CLE’s and seminars.
