Attorney Larry J. Bonchonsky is a seasoned Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury trial attorney in high profile litigation. Mr. Bonchonsky has successfully tried numerous multi-million dollar cases before juries throughout New York City metropolitan area and Long Island. He was both trial and appellate counsel in New York’s landmark child lead-poisoning case Juarez v. Wavecrest.
For over 25 years, Mr. Bonchonsky has been representing victims and their families in nursing home negligent cases. He has successfully represented personal injury victims, in all types of accidents such as slip and falls, automobile and construction accidents.
