Larry J. Wagner

Larry Wagner graduated from Indiana University's School of Law in 1974 and spent his first year of practice as an attorney for I.U. In 1975 Larry moved to Terre Haute with his wife and began his private practice of law. He and his wife have three daughters, all raised in Terre Haute.

Larry was a Public Defender in Vigo County from 1980-1990 and served as the County's Chief Public Defender from 1988-1990. He has won large verdicts for numerous clients in Indiana, Kentucky and Federal Courts as a private practitioner. He has established himself as one of the most experienced and successful trial attorneys in southwest Indiana and he now devotes most of his practice to the representation of personal injury clients.

Larry is licensed to practice in all Indiana State Courts, in the United States Court of Appeals (Seventh District), in the United States District Court (Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana), as well as the United States Supreme Court. His professional affiliations include
