For more than 27 years, Laura represented employers in employment litigation cases. Fulfilling her passion to help individuals in need, Laura decided to “switch sides” and advocate for employees. Given her deep understanding of how employers make decisions and approach employment litigation, Laura is in a unique position to fight for workers, helping workers protect their rights and obtain relief when they have been wronged. Laura provides our clients with the smart, practical, and strategic representation necessary to stand up to more powerful corporations and achieve successful results.
Laura is a tenacious and successful litigator who has tried many cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators throughout the country. She has also resolved many disputes through tough, skilled negotiation. She is known for providing clients excellent advice, unmatched service, and steadfast emotional support throughout difficult employment situations.
In addition to fighting for workers, Laura also plans to use her extensive litigation and trial expertise to fight for the injured, joining forces with her brother, Miles, a co-founder of Lindner Law.
Laura also has a strong commitment to our community. She has served for ten years as a member of the Board of Directors of the YWCA Southeast Wisconsin – whose mission is eliminating racism and empowering women. She is a past Board Chair and currently chairs the Board’s Development Committee. Laura, who is passionate about theater, also served for six years on the Board of Renaissance Theaterworks.
