A native of Albany, Georgia, Leigh Ann Flynn graduated with a BBA from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia in 1993. She received her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1997 where she was a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team. Leigh Ann was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1997 and the Alabama Bar in 1998.
After law school, Leigh Ann clerked for Honorable A. Harris Adams in Marietta, Georgia before moving to Birmingham, Alabama and working for the litigation firm of Porter, Porter & Hassinger, P.C. She represented clients such as Asplundh Tree Expert Company as well as Brasfield & Gorrie, Inc. In 2002 she moved home and formed the law firm of Margeson, Flynn & Associates, P.C. with Robert M. Margeson, III.
Leigh Ann is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Alabama, and the Dougherty County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Supreme Courts, The Georgia Court of Appeals, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Alabama Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
