Leo B. Dubler III has been practicing law for 21 years, dedicating his career to representing individuals who have been victims of sexual harassment, victims of retaliation for being a whistleblower, victims of discrimination, and accident victims. Born and raised in New Jersey, Leo earned his both his undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University. After law school, Leo clerked for the Honorable Charles A. Little in Camden County Civil Court. After spending the first seven years of his career practicing in Atlantic City, Leo opened his own firm in 2001. His ambition was clear: to provide zealous, comprehensive, and compassionate advocacy for his clients and to help them seek compensation for the wrongs made against them. The firm takes on fewer cases so more time can spent on each client's matter. Throughout his career he has tried dozens of cases before a jury, and helped secure millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.
Leo is a Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil trial Attorney, a designation reserved for approximately 3% of New Jersey attorneys. Leo has been rated AV Preeminent through Martindale-Hubbell and named to the Super Lawyers. He is a member of Atlantic County, Burlington County, Gloucester County, Camden County, and New Jersey State Bar Associations. A life-long resident of South Jersey, Leo continues to live in the area with his family, where he is active in his community, church, and he is currently Vice President of the New Jersey State Chess Federation.
