Leon M. Walsh Jr.

Leon Walsh is an associate trial attorney at McKeen & Associates. His practice focuses on medical malpractice and complex personal injury claims.

Leon graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2009. Prior to studying law, Leon received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Western Michigan University where he studied business management.

Since becoming a lawyer, Leon has been fighting the powerful in the courtroom on behalf of his client. He began his legal career as an assistant public defender in Fort Myers, Florida so he could obtain valuable trial experience early in his career. After four years as a public defender, Leon wanted to gain civil litigation experience and joined a small firm in Fort Myers that exposed him to nearly all practice areas.

In 2017, Leon returned to his home roots of Michigan so he could focus exclusively on representing clients in medical malpractice actions at Grewal Law. Leon joined McKeen & Associates in 2021. Leon's dedication and passion in helping clients has led to a number of accolades including, 2019 Michigan Lawyer's Weekly Up and Coming Lawyer, American Association for Justice New Lawyer's Division Above and Beyond Recipient and Excellence Awards. Leon is actively involved in many professional associations and served as the Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the New Lawyer's Division of American Association for Justice and has presented at many education seminars.

When not practicing law, Leon enjoys spending time with this family, traveling, playing golf, and staying active.
