Biography
Leto has many years of experience litigating cases for plaintiffs in the North Carolina state and federal courts. Her practice is now concentrated primarily on representing victims of crime, particularly sexual abuse. She also handles catastrophic personal injury cases.
Leto has received widespread recognition for the effectiveness of her work. She has the highest rating (AV) for legal ability and ethical standards given by Martindale-Hubbell.
