Lindsay Naparstek is an attorney in the West Palm Beach office of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene. She focuses her legal practice on helping victims of auto accidents, slip and fall, defective product, drug injury, and other personal injury cases.
Originally born in Brooklyn, New York, Ms. Naparstek grew up in Coral Springs, Florida and earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in May 2011. While in law school, Ms. Naparstek gained significant legal experience as a personal injury law clerk and as a Florida Bar Fellow interning in the Child Advocacy Department at the Legal Aid Society of Broward County. Before entering law school, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Huizenga School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 2005.
Prior to joining Steinger, Iscoe & Greene Ms. Naparstek began her legal career as an Insurance Defense Attorney, focusing on the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and insurance coverage claims. Ms. Naparstek gained valuable insight into the defense strategies and tactics of large corporate defendants, which aids in her ability to maximize her clients' recoveries.
Ms. Naparstek strives to protect the rights of all injured victims, and is dedicated to ensuring that all clients get the high-quality assistance they need and deserve.
