Lionel J. Frank concentrates in commercial law, with particular emphasis on intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright, antitrust, trade regulation, franchise, commercial real estate leasing, land use and zoning, and litigation.Formerly Chairman of the Special Committee on Antitrust Law of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Lionel served as Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, Antitrust Section. He was special antitrust advisor to the State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, and also served as counsel to the New Jersey Racing Commission. Lionel is now active in the Computer and Internet Law, Intellectual Property, and Corporate and Business Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association.In addition to his extensive experience in federal and state courts, Lionel has represented clients before numerous administrative agencies. He currently is a Federal Court Arbitrator for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.Lionel is active in his community. He has been a Member of the Princeton Oaks Homeowners Association Board of Directors since 1999. He is legal counsel to the West Windsor Little League for Ward Field Improvements. Lionel was co-founder and past officer of Friends of West Windsor Senior Citizens, Inc., a non profit corporation to assist with the financial needs of the West Windsor Senior Resource Center.
