Ms. Beccaro has 23 years experience and has practiced extensively as a trial attorney . Her experience ranges from criminal practice as a former Bronx County Assistant District Attorney, to 12 years of practice in personal injury defense litigation as a trial counsel as well as commercial contract litigation and plaintiffs personal injury prosecution. Ms. Beccaro has tried in excess of 100 criminal and civil cases to verdict in areas of labor law, personal injury, product liability. She also has considerable experience in medicare/medicaid licensing litigation, administrative proceedings involving the New York Department of Health,Professional Liability and Real Estate.Ms Beccaro has been an adjunct professor of Law at Mercy College for the past 20 Years and teaches a wide range of subjects including The Legal Aspects of Family Violence, The Criminal Court Process, The Death Penalty in America, Criminal Procedure, Ethics and Morality and the Law, and The Rights of Women in the Legal System. In Addition, she has served as legal advisor to the youth counselors of her family church.
