I have been litigating cases for 28 years. My practice is concentrated in the areas of family law/domestic relations/juvenile law; personal injury litigation, including dog bites, condominium law, slip/trip & fall, & any other type of premises liability case; termination of parental rights; & juvenile law. I can also act as a mediator.

As a family law attorney, 97% of my clients have been women. I have specialized in representing clients in high conflict cases, including cases with complex marital estates involving high assets; difficult to value businesses; spouses who are attempting to conceal assets; cases with disputed prenuptial agreements; and cases where custody is in dispute and/or change of domicile is at issue. I have represented many women who are victims/survivors of domestic violence & I WILL NOT let you be taken advantage of or abused again by the Court. I have tried family law cases all over the State of Michigan & have worked with some of the best experts around.

I only try cases that cannot be settled so I will not waste your money. I can be your parenting time coordinator or help you settle your case if there is any possibility to do so.

I also practice juvenile law, act as a Guardian ad Litem for minors, so call me if your son/daughter is in trouble.

I also have many years of defending personal injury suits. I can represent HOMEOWNERS or your CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION if you are being sued by an individual or an association member-even if you’ve been assigned an attorney by your insurance company-you need INDEPENDENT ADVICE. That attorney wasn’t hired by you & doesn’t report to you.
