Biography
Marc Weissman is a partner of the firm. His practice focuses on estate administration and litigation, commercial transactions, corporate matters, commercial leases, private mortgage loans, purchase and sale of a business, corporate restructuring, purchase and sale of real estate and the financial aspects of divorce litigation.
As a partner at the firm, Marc acts as counsel to many of our corporate clients, including banking institutions and insurance carriers. Marc represents institutional lenders in making secured loans to New York City Taxi Medallion Owners. Marc has developed strong relationships with his clients, their staff and the vendors they do business with.
In addition to being an attorney, Marc was also a Certified Public Accountant from 1993 through approximately 2000. He is able to utilize his accounting knowledge to assist our corporate clients as well as in divorce actions of high net worth individuals.
