Marc is the Managing Shareholder of Newman, Williams, Mishkin, Corveleyn, Wolfe & Fareri, P.C. and has been practicing law at the firm since 1974. Marc concentrates his practice in land use law, zoning, land development, commercial real estate, and business law.
Marc has represented many nationally known companies and regional developers in a variety of land use, subdivision, land development, and zoning issues in Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Wayne, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. Marc has represented the Monroe County Industrial Development Authority and related organizations for many years, including representation in many revenue bond issues, Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority financings, and related matters.
Marc is a graduate of George Washington University (BA 1971) and Temple University School of Law (JD 1974). Marc served as an Assistant Monroe County District Attorney (1977 to 1978).
Marc has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating in a survey of his peers, which is the highest possible rating for an attorney with regard to ethical standards and legal ability.
