Marc R. Williams, Esquire, is a former Michigan and Florida state-certified Fire Fighter and former Michigan state-certified paramedic with advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification. Mr. Williams is also a past member of the International Association of Firefighter (IAFF). Mr. Williams served as a full-time paid firefighter/paramedic with the Kalamazoo, Michigan Fire Department. Mr. Williams also served as a reserve deputy with the Allegan and Ottawa County Michigan Sheriff Departments. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Williams worked for U.S. Congressman Paul B. Henry.
Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Aquinas College. At Marquette University Law School Mr. Williams was a member of the Marquette University Law Review and the recipient of the America Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice II. While in law school Mr. Williams was a clerk for the United States Attorney for The Western District of Michigan.
Mr. Williams is a member of both the Florida and Wisconsin Bar Association, the Orange and Seminole County Bar Associations, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association. Mr. Williams is a recipient of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers Bronze Eagle Award. Mr. and Mrs. Williams are the proud parents of three children. Mr. Williams is an avid saltwater fisherman and snow skier.
