Ms. Finlay became Of Counsel to Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2017. She is a graduate of Cornell Law School, and prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, she practiced law in Ithaca for over 20 years with Blumkin, Finlay & Bixler, LLP and Blumkin & Finlay, LLP.
