Maria Cahill was born and raised in Connecticut. She has been a civil litigator for over 2 decades. Maria has tried numerous cases to verdict with highly successful results. She draws on this experience to offer her clients the best representation on every matter—from start to finish. Throughout the past 20-plus years of practicing, Maria has also made it a point to develop strong relationships with attorneys and judges throughout the State. In addition to her extensive experience in litigation, Maria is routinely selected by her colleagues to serve as an arbitrator/mediator on civil matters, also serving as a court-appointed arbitrator at various courts in the State. She has also served as a faculty member at seminars, sponsored by professional organizations, presenting to various groups of lawyers and legal professionals. Maria has also argued several cases in front of the State Appellate and State Supreme Courts. She understands what it takes to advocate for her clients and litigate cases, honing her skills throughout the last 20 years by being out there—in court—fighting for her clients.
