MarieMarie-Michelle DuSault (J.D., Brooklyn Law School, 1994; B.F.A. and B.S., State University of New York at Buffalo, 1986) represents our clients' interests in a variety of areas involving civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury matters, matrimonial issues, estate work, real estate and issues relating to civil rights. Ms. DuSault is the head of our Appeals Department. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Orange & Sullivan County Bar Associations. Ms. DuSault has received many honors for her scholarship including: American Jurisprudence for Torts, American Jurisprudence for Wills & Administration, American Jurisprudence for Legal Profession, and the Rose L. & Philip Hoffer Prize for Torts.
