I was stopped on an exit ramp from I-20 in downtown Atlanta on my way home one Friday afternoon in August 2012. I was always able to get in touch with someone at the office when I had a question, or needed something. There was a paralegal, Barbie in my case, dedicated to my case, every time I called with a question or needing resolution in a problem I was able to speak with Barbie. ALWAYS! She was able to deal with or answer most any question or problem immediately; however, when she could not resolve the situation she was honest enough to admit she did not know and then she would find out and call me back. Also if a situation arose where it was necessary to speak with Mark, he might be busy with another client or out of the office, but before the end of the day he would return the phone call. Finally, he never tried to sugarcoat answers to my questions, or try and tell me what I wanted to hear. If the answer to a question was a difficult one he would be honest about it, or if he did not know the answer he would admit that as well… and then he would find out the answer and let me know.
