Mark Doby

After graduating from high school in Salisbury, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006 followed by his law degree from Campbell University in 2009. He joined Wallace & Graham in 2009 shortly after being admitted to practice law in North Carolina.

Since then, he has represented injured workers in occupational disease claims, Social Security Disability claims, and other litigation matters across the state, achieving favorable outcomes for his clients at all levels of the North Carolina Industrial Commission as well as the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (Social Security Disability). He has also assisted clients in estate-related matters, drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other such documents.

Active in the community, he serves on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of Rowan, Inc., a United Way member agency, and regularly delivers meals to homebound individuals. He also serves with the NC Bar Association's Wills For Heroes committee, drafting free estate planning documents for local first responders.

Mark lives in Salisbury with his wife, daughter and dog, all of whom enjoy traveling and most any outdoor activity.
