Mark H. Grimm is the Senior Trial Counsel with Marasco & Nesselbush. Attorney Grimm has practiced law for more than 25 years. Throughout his legal career, Attorney Grimm has focused on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. He has successfully litigated numerous civil cases, obtaining multiple million dollar recoveries on behalf of several clients. Attorney Grimm is the author of the chapter "Creating a Discovery Plan" in the professional reference book A Practical Guide to Discovery and Dispositions in Rhode Island (2010).
Attorney Grimm graduated with honors from Brown University and from Boston College School of Law. Attorney Grimm has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Roger Williams University School of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals.
