Founded in 1994, our firm has been providing effective, affordable, and often untraditional legal solutions to our clients over the last 26 years.
Attorney Martin B. Schwartz specializes in processing family immigration petitions, applications for permanent residence, U.S. Citizenship, and visas; in addition to removal defense and criminal defense. Martin has successfully represented foreign nationals and family members for the past 26 years and has filed Habeas Corpus actions before District Courts and direct federal appeals. Martin is a father to two teens and is dedicated to keeping families united. He is there when the community needs him most, on flexible terms, and with immediate action. In September 2016, Martin’s efforts were recognized by USF where he was selected as the recipient of the Status of Latinos Committee Award for service to the Hispanic Communities in Florida.
