Martin L. Hirsch

Mr. Hirsch's practice focuses on general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, construction, and business disputes. Mr. Hirsch also provides counsel to businesses regarding entity selection and formation.

Mr. Hirsch joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz in June 2013. Prior to joining the firm he was an associate and law clerk at Simpson Delmore Greene, LLP (2006-2013) in San Diego, where he worked on numerous complex litigation matters and advised small and medium size businesses in the hospitality and construction industries.

Mr. Hirsch studied at San Diego State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science and a Minor in History (2004). Mr. Hirsch went on to California Western School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate (2007). While in law school, Mr. Hirsch was a member of the Business Law Society and the Pro Bono Honors Society for his advocacy work with the Office of the Alternate Public Defender. Mr. Hirsch was admitted to the State Bar of California in May 2008.

Mr. Hirsch was born and raised in Santa Rosa and is a graduate of Santa Rosa High School (1999). He recently returned to Santa Rosa with his wife to raise their young son.
