At the Kessinger Law Group, we represent plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration matters. As a former Assistant United States Atttorney and Career Law Clerk to a United States District Judge, I have learned what leads to success in the courtroom. Based on this experience, I am able to develop a strategy to achieve your goals in a timely manner through a clearly defined pathway. I will not waste your money on useless litigation tactics, unnecessary motions or wasteful maneuvers designed to increase your legal bill without providing sound, objective and positive results.
