Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Law Office of Matthew Vance, P.C., is a law firm committed to fighting for real people hurt or harmed by the careless or reckless conduct of others. Matt Vance was born and raised in Santa Fe. He is committed to New Mexico and the people throughout New Mexico.
I grew up here. My family is here. My friends are here. My wife and I are raising our son here. This is my community. I am committed to making my community a better and safer place. Fees
- Free Consultation
- Contingent Fees - We undertake the representation of most clients on a contingency fee basis, which covers all legal services performed by us, including office staff, of the gross amount recovered by release, offer, settlement, verdict or judgment, plus tax and costs, as follows: if settled before suit is filed: 33 1/3%
- after suit is filed: 40%. In the event of no recovery at the completion of representation, Attorney shall be paid no fees whatsoever. Put another way, “No recovery, No fee”. This clause shall not apply if you discharge Attorney before completion of the case, and shall not apply to costs. You will remain liable for all costs incurred on your behalf regardless of recovery.
