      Biography

      Matthew C. Jardine is a proven litigator, with over 20 years of experience representing corporations in high-stakes litigation from coast to coast. He represents clients in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts, including product liability, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death and commercial litigation actions. He regularly defends national railroad companies in Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) lawsuits. He also serves as a high-level risk manager and strategic advisor to his clients. Before joining Knight Nicastro McKay, Inc., Matt was a partner in a national litigation firm, focusing on defending product manufacturers in cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive & trucking equipment and industrial machinery.
