Matt Bock Joined the firm in 2005. His practice areas include business organizations and transactions, taxation, estate planning and business succession planning, and trusts and estates.
While in law school, Matt served as an articles editor for the Willamette Law Review and published an article in the review. Matt was also a legal research and writing teaching assistant and a member of the moot court board.
Matt is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the American Bar Association, and the Second Circuit Bar Association. He is also a member of the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council.
Matt serves on the Audit Committee for Volunteers of America Dakotas and is a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of South Dakota. He formerly served on the board of directors of Youth Enrichment Services. Matt is a graduate of the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Sioux Falls class.
