Biography
Attorney Matthew W. Hoffmann is an experienced personal injury attorney who is currently employed by Battle Born Injury Lawyers, a distinguished law firm helping personal injury victims throughout Nevada, including Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, and the vicinity.
Born and raised in rural North Dakota, Matthew went on to attend the University of North Dakota School of Law. A scholarship student, as well as the President of the Moot Court Board, Attorney Hoffmann, earned his Juris Doctorate With Distinction.
After graduation, Matthew moved to Las Vegas to begin his legal career. His first position was with an insurance defense firm, one of the largest in the area. Mr. Hoffmann’s past experience gives him a leg up as a personal injury attorney because he knows how insurance companies work. He uses this knowledge to benefit his clients, and insurance companies aren’t able to take advantage of them as a result.
Matthew is highly involved in a number of professional organizations, such as the Clark County Bar Association, Citizens for Justice, and the Nevada Justice Association. He’s been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers on four separate occasions and is currently an AV-Preeiminent-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest peer rating standard that the website offers. The Nevada Business Journal recognized him as one of the top 150 lawyers in Southern Nevada as well.
