The commission has the power to receive, investigate and pass upon complaints of illegal discrimination and to engage in research and education designed to promote good will and prevent discrimination.

Description: The five-member panel was established in 2003 to advise the Commissioner of the Department of Labor relative to candidates for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Member New Hampshire Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules

Year: 2015 - 2017

Description: Appointed to the New Hampshire Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules by Governor Maggie Hassan. The Committee receives and considers suggestions for changes to the rules governing the state courts. The Committee, which is comprised of 16 members, meets quarterly and holds at least one public hearing on proposed rules changes.
