Micah Adkison has extensive experience litigating contract, tort, and real property disputes. He is equally adept at pursuing product liability cases having recently secured a major settlement of a complex case involving a claim for lost reserves flowing from a downhole casing failure in his client's oil well.
Micah is a past President of the Mineral Lawyers' Society of Oklahoma City. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal (ONE J), received numerous academic awards, and was the recipient of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Scholarship. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
